Security is foundational to how MiniMart is built and operated. We provide enterprise-grade safeguards to protect merchant stores, customer data, orders, and financial transactions.
1. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Each merchant's data is strictly partitioned. Tenant identifiers and database-level constraints ensure that your catalog, customer list, and revenue metrics are never accessible across stores.
2. End-to-End Encryption
All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 with automated certificate renewal. Sensitive credentials, tokens, and secrets are salted and encrypted at rest with industry-standard cryptographic algorithms.
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Merchants and administrative staff can safeguard their accounts with TOTP-based 2FA (Google Authenticator, Authy) and secondary email verification fallback, protecting against credential stuffing.
4. COD Risk Shield & Fraud Defense
Our proprietary COD verification algorithms inspect customer order patterns, detect phone number anomalies, and flag high-risk orders before merchants dispatch valuable inventory.
